Immaculately clean hotel in a lovely building so close to most attractions, restaurants, and the manicured gardens with plenty of magnificent statues, secular trees and beautiful flowers. Extremely helpful and genuinely helpful staff and beautiful location in the Henrock restaurant! Brand-new pet-friendly rooms with stunning views, and a lounge area and a dressing table...

Just a reliable pick for a brief pause in Bowness-on-Windermere with very good value for money. The lunch was a bit of a disappointment as it felt overly trendy and not as cozy as before. Consider eating out to enjoy more traditional options.

The Hotel reflects an idealic setting for a quite and soothing short stay linked to which it represents the very best of lakeland hotels.
The communication between senior staff could be improved as unfortunate errors may seem insignificant to some but they may represent a great anoyance to guests.
